Big O Tires

Went in for an alignment. Said I needed parts so they supposedly ordered parts but I never got a call saying parts were in. Also later in the day after they looked at my vehicle, my EAS and abs lights came on and I had no brakes. Also had just put on two new back tires and they were ruined in less than a month because the alignment was never done.

Very friendly people. Quick and efficient on fixing tires. This is the place for tires, batteries and front end work, eh?

Wow.You guys are amazing.I ordered wheels on a Wed and 2 days later they were in.you called twice just to be sure my tires would fit correctly and didn't push me to be new ones.Best believe the new set I buy will be from your shop.I shouldn't be surprised because 10 years ago I bought wheels from you and you replaced them when I had issues with chrome pop due to the manufacturer. I CANT say enough good about my wheel buying sxperience.Thank You so much!!!!

I let them know I was there on my lunch break when setting up my appointment. They have me great quick service.
